By using the Diamanti Limo website, you agree to comply with the following Terms of Service and Conditions of Use.

Reservation Confirmation

Once you submit your booking request, you will receive a reservation confirmation via email.
An invoice will be sent to your email address. Please ensure that the invoice is paid at least 12 hours before your scheduled reservation to secure your booking.

Payment Options

We accept a variety of convenient payment methods, including:

  • Cash
  • Credit Cards
  • Mobile & Digital Payment Apps:
    Apple Pay, Google Pay (G-Pay), PayPal, Square, Venmo, Zelle, and Cash App

If you prefer to pay with cash, a valid credit card is required to hold the reservation. A 50% deposit is also required at the time of booking based on the selected service.

Cancellation Policy

  • Sedan & SUV Transfers:
    Cancellations must be received at least two hours prior to the reserved time to avoid a 100% charge of the estimated trip total. If cancellation is made less than two hours before the scheduled pickup, the full amount will be charged to the credit card on file.
  • Sedan & SUV Charters (Two Hours or More):
    A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking. This deposit becomes non-refundable 48 hours prior to the contract start time. If the client cancels within two hours of the contract start time, a 100% cancellation fee will be charged to the credit card on file.

Rules of Conduct

  1. No smoking is permitted in any Diamanti Limo vehicles.
  2. No alcohol is allowed inside the vehicle.
  3. Any unusual spillage, soiling, or damage caused by passengers will incur a $250 cleaning/damage fee, charged directly to the credit card on file.
  4. Our representatives or chauffeurs reserve the right to refuse service to any passenger for reasons including but not limited to gross misconduct, inebriation, or discriminatory behavior.
